Planetside free until August 23rd
Planetside lives. At least for the time being. SOE is merging the last 2 servers on The 23rd of August. They are allowing all old members to play for free until the Merge. Something to do in between my Beta testing.
Getting the gqme is another story. I loaded the station launcher from SOE. But had issues with it in Vista64. I had to extract the .zip file using Winzip. I had to give admin permission to get the update to work through the web. Once I got the launcher to work and signed in. It installed the game. But I had to run it in win98 compatability mode And admin to get it to work. So maybe I'll see some of you old timers out there. I could use a gunner for my BFR.
