How is it decided whether TOG will sport a guild/clan/corp in a new game?

Oh its fine, really.

As for whether we have a division it comes down to numbers. If there are enough people who want to play and at least a few of them are happy to take on the roles (Division Captain, Guild Leader, Officers etc.) then a division gets formed. It generally stays in the public forum until its close to launch and then a private forum for members only is created. As soon as the "post spam" picks up with people talking about lots of different things (not just spamming mind but people actively engaging with each other) thats when the game-public forum starts.
