Add another to the ftp bundle - EQ2
EverQuest II jumps on the F2P bandwagon - Massively
SOE are offering a ftp EQ2 alongside the traditional sub model, complete with new ftp server (which you can transfer current p2p characters to). A good move by SOE?

It'll be interesting to see what happens to the p2p server populations, with no new players to replace cancelled subs - with no more 14-day free trials (although the refer-a-friend thing will apparently still be available), the majority of new players will be on the f2p servers.
