Default anticipationnnnnnn

helloeee guildies...as I was reading my gaming mag,it dawned on me that there are numerous games either coming out or still being worked on that have the gamer in us drooling.
So i ask...which games [MMORPG or other],are you personally frothing at the mouth to play?
Personally I am looking forward to Auto Assault and Tabula Rasa.

I'm looking forward to Lord of the Rings Online and Dark & Light. Vanguard: Saga of Heros has piqued my interest some, I'll be keeping an eye on it.

Now that BF2 is out, my most anticipated game (and probably the next MMO I'll play) is Pirates of the Burning Sea.

Darkfall Online also looks like it might be good, if it is ever released.

Auto Assault and Tabula Rasa look nice, although AA seems a bit like Guid Wars, fun in short bursts (just an impression). Don't know anything about Pirates of the Burning Sea, but the name sure catch my attention. Overall, I think the fantasy genre is overexploited, way too many existing and yet to be released fantasy games, a bit more sci-fi would be welcome.

You should check out the PotBS website (www.burningsea.com) txamin, they have one of the most forward looking dev teams I've ever come across. The game looks to be a good balance of PvE / PvP and player skill / character skill and has a great looking graphics engine. Today they announced that they'll be supporting player created 3D ship models in the game, with some in-game pics of a ship (more a boat really) created by one of the forum regulars there. link to pic

OOooooo..when does Pirates come out?
I am a little concerned about the graphics for D&D online...now I know they have time, but currently it looks a little.....basic.
And I agree with the previous poster;sci fi WOULD indeed be a welcome change..hence my excitement about Tabula Rasa.

PotBS are aiming for beta in fall (my guess: early October), and release before the end of the year.

The Star Trek MMO is 2 years out based on the faq on their site that just got created

http://www.startrek.perpetual.com/

I am also a big Trek fan and look forward to it, but 2 years is a long time away.

Looking forward to AA as well. Especially like the crafting concept they have going forward in the game. Kind of reminds me of the Star Wars crafting.
