/sigh
I started with DAOC like 3 years ago or so...my first online game at age of .......uh late 30's. Went to L2, Guildwars, WoW, now back to DAOC. Now....I feel empty- nothing grabbing me...I was mega grinding all those games- doing like 2-3 hours of sleep every day... Don't know if I'm burnt out- or what...the magic is hard for me to grab now. I watch my kids play Splintercell on x-box and that looks fun...but I like guilds/clans, etc. Maybe I just feel weird cause I haven't played a game in like 72 hours haha. |

Yeah, everyone needs to take a break from the MMOs once in a while. I've been playing MMOs since 2001 and have taken a few months off here and there (either taking a break between games or just taking a break and going back). Coming back helps renew the fun factor a bit (especially if you have friends waiting for you when you get there).
