Codemasters taking legal action against Net Devil/Gazillion over Jumpgate
Codemasters has filed for damages and compensation in excess of $1.5 million against Net Devil & Gazillion over failure to deliver Jumpgate source code by 24th of Feburary 2009. PDF of the court filing here:
