you guys should try it, it is a pretty good game, I actually pre-ordered it.
 I really like the squad management and shared skills. Gives the game a level of complexity in squad design and tactics while fighting. Of course I suppose you could just skip that and stick with just a few heroes.

Since the game is now open beta, pretty much anybody can get in. I've set up my account and have got the client up and running. Rather fun game, being sort of a Diablo meets Spore, with a bit of Pokemon style creature collection in the mix.
