Default A moment of silence...

Not that I ever played this one...couldn't, eve with top of the line components I couldn't get it to work...but I think it may be signalling that companies aren't going to be willing to run unpopular games indefinitely.

On the glass is half full side...maybe they are making room for Vanguard, since both are Microsoft properties

Didn't Turbine buy out the game seven or eight months ago?

Just reading through some of those threads, Turbine has a couple of gold-plated games slated for Q1 2006. (DDO, LoTR)... makes sense they would dump this albatross by Dec. 05.
Interesting that AC1 will continue to operate

Played AC2 for a week or two in open beta, and had no shred of interest to buy it.

I played it in beta as well as retail. I enjoyed the game but it didn't have much long time staying power. I guess it never improved ...
