Hey gang,

Is anyone watching this game? I have been signed up for beta testing for a long long time, and it looks like the second wave of testers is about to happen. It looks absolutely phenomenal. http://www.darkandlight.net/article.php3?id_article=172 Have a look at the site if you haven't already. Might be something we want to watch for. I know I will be trying it out. The idea of being able to just wander and explore with no real purpose sounds awesome.

I've been watching this on and off for well over a year, and have only a vague idea of what gameplay will be like - their FAQs etc aren't very explanative.

Though getting into beta would surely fix that

I've been following this game for a time too. Unfortunatelly, most of the comments from beta testers have been somewhat negative, but no release date has been set, so I don't really know how far the game is into beta.

Well, on looking into it a bit more, I found the following link on Gamespot.com and it says the game is due to be released in November of 2005. Pretty fair writeup on it and it's got screenshots from the end of May on here. Not as up to date as I would like to see, but getting there. Release dates always change anyway, but would like to see this out before Christmas.

I've been following it also. Seems to be a very open-ended game, which makes me smile. Very interested in the Explorer profession.
