Hey dday what a pity I've got established in Exodus with 2 premium a/c's.Nice set up too.

Justin I never got into the TOR beta,I was always dubious about getting the game and from comments I heard in various places it was enough to save my $'s and spend them on Wurm.

I felt the opposite as you fine folks with SWTOR... This is common in gaming of course. I was a bit worried and uninterested in the game until I played the beta. I am now excited to get to know the game more...

Of course time could change this, but I am excited for now.

As with most multiplayer games, it usually comes down to your friends list and guild. This is one of the reasons that Wurm was so fun, great group of folks playing it.

HIya's,
Can anyone help with key binding I have followed this "http://www.wurmonline.com/wiki/index.php?title=Quickswitch_hotkeys" .All I get when pressing shift is the top strip changes from default sleep, time etc to exec wood.txt, exec dig.txt etc all have unassigned.Only comes up pressing the shift key adding F1 etc. makes no difference.I have put all changes in the default key binding file.

Sorry buddy. I'm rubbish with the keybinds. I've only set up two, both ctrl and a letter. One for digging, one for mining. :P

Been waiting for TOR since the NGE happened. Also planned on going whole hog for it - new computer, domain, website, live365 'Imperial Radio' like we used to have in SWG, teamspeak, multiple accounts, everything. And i'm doing it, couldn't be happier. I enjoyed it quite a bit during beta and did find some things I wasn't crazy about like the smallish areas on worlds.

Plus I know they'll add real space combat and areas with the first expansion, plus get rid of that horrible dockijng sy stem to drop off your ship and get to teh planet, add guild capital ships/banks, etc with the first expansion. How quickly they add more planets to compensate for the smallish size of them remains to be seen but I seriously doubt it will be worse than Lotro which is a pretty good game with staying power.

But I still horseys that need a good home =)

Hi there,

Any active TOG's settlements on the Epic's Desertion server? I've just moved in from Deliverance few days back...

p.s.
All the info I have about the key bindings:
Key bindings - WurmPedia
Quickswitch hotkeys - WurmPedia

Cheers.

Hi Dagon,

I do not think there are any Toggers on the Epic server.
I have tried to follow those Wiki links but keep missing something important as it never works for me.

Only me on Exodus and a few others on Deliverance as far as I know.

Fair enough. I was close to S. Bay on Deli, but since the owner of the settlement stop returning PMs & put the deed on auction, I figured that I may as well give the Epic a try. That whole PvP aspect brings more strategy elements into planning your place & makes the community a bit more close knit... well depends on the person...

I like it so far, but I wouldn't mind to meet some more of the mature crowd.
Cheers.

Hi Dagon! That's interesting. Which one was your place, and who was that owner you were talking about? I play in the S. Bay area myself and it has definitely become a bit quiet lately!

O yes, we do seem to have less people hanging around lately... But Dagon why didn't you just join SB? I'm usually on so at least there should be someone to talk to

O and JK, you're SA slave is watching you
