New Pirates Video released

There has been a promotional video released on the PotBS website. While it was made in July for private promotional purposes and things might have changed a bit it does show bits of the UI and character creation screens. Also shows a bit of a couple of battles but no boarding just sinking.

They have stated that you can't change the size of your avatar in height or weight etc you seem to be able to do almost either else including beards, glasses, hooks, legs etc as well as a big colour palette for the clothes.

I'm getting more excited as more info gets released.

It's good watch, particularly as it shows details of the UI (though they have said that the UI is still a work in progress). The graphics are just beautiful, I wonder how my poor 6600GT will cope with them.

Was a good read and I can only echo the last sentiment in it. Bring on release.
