Anyone interested in a Sci-Fi Sandbox MMO? The graphics are trash, and the UI is buggy, but this game is intense. They have picked up new developers who say they will shift to a F2P model within 6-12 months. I am having a great time back in this game. It does look kinda intriguing, but it also appears to be yet another pvp-centric sandbox game. And my experience with those is that the assholes take over and spoil the fun for the non-assholes.

Unfortunately yes it is very pvp centric, but if that is not your type of thing the Mapis so big that you could fly far far away from anyone else, and just worry about colonization, exploration, mining, or Scientific research.

All you have to do is fly in the opposite direction of the hostiles.

That's a realistic possibility? If so then I might just give it a look when it gets the free to play model up and running. Test the waters before committing. That is if I haven't been absorbed by the secret world...
