Default The best formula for team PVP battles

I watched good game last night and saw how Guild Wars team PVP worked.

Here are some Team PVP formula's feel free too add some more.

Guild Wars 2 -You play @ max level and hve all skills unlocked as well. And you can be level 1

Swtor - Every level lumped together starting @ level 10

WOW - Its tiered 10-20 fight together. 20-30 fight together so on and so fourth.

Which one of these is best?

For me its the WOW model.

GW2 for me

Only problem with WOW's was long queues at the lowbie levels, same with Warhammer Online.

From memory WoW also had anti-twink protection which was cool. In lower level battlegrounds you get XP. You can turn off the XP but then you only fight with other people who have turned off XP. SWTOR also has a 50's only bracket now.

The wow model suits their population, is easy to program and less of a "shock" when you zone in. The abilities you have work as you expect them to. The GW2 model makes a lot of sense for world PvP like they are planning.
