A MMORPG developed by Koreans based in San Jose (USA ?).

It has graphics similar to Ragnarok Online except it is 3D and like Harry Potter, u can fly by using Brooms once u reached lvl 20. Heck the Magicians class even have a spell named Crucio.

That means it has juvenile cute (remember the dwarf female in L2) toons and monsters.

Once u can resist puking at this point, you can read on.








Just started so not much I can say but game content should be ok as there's quests u can get every level.

Game functionality is ok.

Unfortunately this game is not supported by X-Fire and u cannot contact me when I'm playing this game unless u actually play it. You cannot alt-tab or play it in window mode which means u r cut-off from web resources and like all Korean games, the english in the in-game help needs improving. Steep learning curve but so far not lacking in functionality as far as i can tell.

My toon is Bliss, lvl 25 Acrobat now, u can choose btwn one of the 3 classes only at lvl 15. The classes u can choose btwn is Merc (Melee type), Assist (Monk/Priest type) and Magician (Magic wat else).

More to add later after I level a bit more.

This game while having much more juvenile graphics (which I found appeals to the young gamers (teens & young adults) from Cyber Cafe, experience), plays like WoW, its a farming game.

It has lots of quests like WoW and like WoW all the quests are farming quests, i.e. farm x number of this.

So needless to say this Chinese Farmer has been addicted to it.

As a farming type of mmorpg player I dont react with the gaming community very much so despite a TOGger I didnt mind the WoW The Barrens kind of in game chatting and playing with young gamers.

Lol you wont believe the number of teens who have added me as their in-game "friends".

So if you like cartoonish graphics Harry Potter copycat WoW kind of farming game well you can try this game.

For myself being a farmer, despite being an Older Gamer, I'm gonna try to lvl to the higher lvls to see if the end game is any better than WoW.

i tried this one out and was immediatly unimpressed by the graphics (as noted above) it's very "cutsie" stuff.

also, I created a char in a game called "Fly for Fun"

I could not fly

it was not fun.

Maybe they should have called it "eventually fly at some point for fun"

probaby fun for some people, just not my style :P

haha u could fly at lvl 7 or 8 if u spend some rl cash, u could buy a flying surfboard like board from the flyff shop.

but if u dont not wish to spend any rl cash then u can fly at lvl 20 eventually, .

Lvl 20 isnt that far off n easily reached.

Flyff was posted on the RO site, thought id try it out.
played it a few times. only at lvl 5 atm.

i know i found that out having dual monitors i wanted the game windowd.. i found this info on the flyff message boards...

in your FlyFF folder you'll find a file called "neuz.ini". Open that file in notepad and add the line "sunkist 1" (no quote marks ). Save the file and start the game - don't make any other alterations to the file! I have not the faintest idea what it can do.

after you login and are in the game.. hit ALT+ENTER, and you should see the game windowed.

WoW's quests are not all farming. There are the farming ones of course, but there are also crafting quests, fishing quests, gathering quests, delivery quests, location quests, and erm more farming quests. Okay, maybe they are MOSTLY farming quests. But I find that more interesting than the monotonous grind of an L2. At least it gets broken up a little and fools you into thinking you are not grinding even when you are.

i can only play 2 accounts on two different computers, .

when i need to transfer something from one toon to another, having 2 accounts helps a lot, i just go outside and switch on the family computer. This means i gotta run in n out of my room, lol.

Flyff dont allow more than one single client to be open at the same time so I cant play more than one a/c at the same time. Kal Online on the other hand allows u to open multiple clients at the same time as long as u r running the executable from another folder.

Yeah I guess X-Fire is supported by Flyff now.

yup on albat server as well, usually on server 3.

you could use VNC to log into the other computer from your computer
