Space Cowboy Online
Has anyone else seen this. It is a free to play MMOG similar to Auto Assault but with Anime style graphics and 'aircraft' instead of cars. You gain levels by missions or 'grinding'. So far I am level 10 and have only had to 'grind' twice just to get to the next level so I could do the next mission.
When gaining levels you distribute points to become a better pilot. You also gain credits to improve your ship in many different ways. There are four different ships to chose from and several character templates to pick. It is about 1gb download and the requirements are very resonable. Graphics and gameplay are pretty good. I have not reached a level yet to see how the Battalion and squad formations work. I am on the Joymus server if anyone wants to chat while they check it out. Goddamit !! I just uninstalled that as I had never come across any toggers online. Tis an ok game to pass the time but never played past lvl 15 so didn't get the battalion stuff etc either.
If there are now some peeps around I might go back and give it another go
