Other than its due out sometime in 2007, has anybody heard of opening it up for beta testing yet? Or has anybody heard anything?

The last I heard was from a MMORPG.com podcast. They said that one can expect a marketing push to begin about a year before the launch date, and the employee being interviewed speculated that to start in the first quarter of 2007. Thus, the earliest launch date would be Q1 2008.

heck yeah... beta would rock on this game....

they haven't released much info yet, so it's hard to get a feel on how the game might become... but some gameplay info is out.... about what they hope it to be...

Been following (if you can call it that) this game for over a year now. They are still officially in pre-production right now.

Rumors have it that the official forums will open up in January 2007 (or close to it).

TOG is already in line for an interview with Perpetual Entertainment for STO.

Beta keys? Waaaaaaaay too earlier for that. But hey, one never knows.

I would bet we have more than a year to wait for release.

PE has said expect the STO about one year after Gods and Heroes releases, which was just pushed back to Summer 2007.

So likely no STO until mid 2008, at the earliest.

Also been following for about a year and can't wait.The ideas they have for ships and crews are gr8 if they come off .Just the thought of the battles is mouthwatering enough

Yeah... thats about all I have found out as well.. I have seen a few screenshots, * will look for them again * but man.... I cant wait..
