The current minimum system specifications for Tabula Rasa are as follows. You must meet these specifications in order to participate in the beta test:

Holy crap, those are some insane recomended requirements! But I already signed up.

Closed beta should start in about a month.

Hopefully at release it will play on a PC somewhere between the two specs.

With these minimum specs I wonder if they can keep the lag dpwn on a server war. VERY interesting game to me. I signed up for Beta.

Richard made it, I am hoping to be in it. I must say though, I am worried about this game. Richard is a wonderful maker of worlds so Ill give it the benefit of the doubt for now.

It's likely to have been rebuilt from scratch, wasn't it close to a beta stage many months ago? I hope the latest decisions have gone in the right direction, just crave a good sci-fi MMORPG. Signed up for beta.

It was rebuilt from scratch back in late 2004 when they changed it from a fantasy game with an Asian influenced art style to the current gritty sci-fi war feel.

On the specs thing I was listening to the radio interview and the community rep said they are hoping that anyone who bought a gaming PC in the last 2 years will be able to play the game.

Yeah last 2 years if they spent top dollor for the high end parts you can get on the market at that time which most gammers don't spend that kind of money. With those specs they are targeting people who have good jobs and got the extra scratch to splurge.
