TOG podcast logo not showing for me

My iTunes and iPhone aren't showing me the TOG podcsat logo as shown here...
iTunes Store | The Older Gamers Forum - Games Industry Podcasts


So instead of this..




I get the generic logo..






Does anyone know how I get the logo without having to delete and re-download?

Sorry mate - the delicate, intricate slimy vagaries that are the internal workings of iTunes are a mystery to me

mmmm I deleted/unsubscribed then re-subscribed and downloaded but still no logo.

Oh well, no big deal I guess, was just curious why I didn't have the logo transferred to the iPhone.

Maybe Father can shed some light on that one? I don't know how it's set up.

I set it up originally direct via iTunes, but Nestaron had to make changes to integrate with the TOG site properly. I have no idea how that works in the back end here.

Not sure myself tbh. iTunes isn't particularly helpful either.

Who has the account details for the feed on iTunes? If I had that I could just upload a new icon directly I'm sure.

I don't see a password but I see your TOG email ash as what looks like the login ID so I think you should be able to use that to access it and maybe get a password reminder.

OK if it's still my account being used i should be able to fix this up. Will investigate when I get home from work tomorrow morning.
