itunes v's UAE...........UAE wins :(

The mentalness that is the gulf region internet has issues with itunes. Is there any other way i can download the podcasts?

If not i think i can go through the UK itunes with hot spot shield, however that has it's own problems.

Hello George,

I never use iTunes to hear the TOG podcast. I just click on the link directly and use my Quicktime Player to listen. No fuss no muss. :D (nothing to download, its just streamed audio)

George,

I'm really not sure what we can do about that:( iTune is such an ugly beast to use at the back end (think: people that wear rubber gloves and help rhinos give birth uuuuugly) - but as Atrayo says, there's a direct link to each podcast. You will always find this link in the first reply with the podcast information, and then you can listen to it on any player you like, or transfer it over to your iPod/MP3 player.

Managed to listen to them, thanks for all the help. Very good Podcast, even if I get the feeling there's the slightest undercurrent of console bashing :)

You do know we are taking over the world :D

Thanks George! I really appreciate that comment. I'm curious; are you an Aussie living in the UAE? I'm glad you're finally getting to enjoy the cast:)

Good gaming!
