Default Maybe just a repeat.But!

I was just looking around this evening and noticed this little room.

Maybe you blokes already know about this available Mame, but I was raving on about it in another room and didn't realise that TOG actually had a fan base here. I have had this copy now for about 8 or 9 years and it has provided me with alot of memories and entertainment over those years. I am too lazy now to set it up again, so here is the shortcut.

http://www.theoldergamers.com/forum/...out-me-eh.html

It has a heck of alot of old favourites on it.

Glad you like it.

I hope these old games never die. Some are still a favourite with my kids now. Mind you it takes some convincing for me to tell them that I used to line up and wait to pay for the privelage of space invaders

You do realise that a complete set of Mame roms and other needed files now takes up around 20 DVD's

Hmmm Im pretty sure that a current romset to latest version is only about 5-6 dvds plus about 2 or 3 for extras

I was surprised when I saw it was up to 20 too, I checked a couple of months back with the Lazarus guys and it was up to 12 DVD's.
I've lost track of the recent versions but from what I understand they added in some games with big hard drive images in one of the newer releases.
The 20 DVD's does include absolutely everything along with the roms and drive images though.
