Default Remember those classic Apple ][ games?...

Boulderdash, Ultima, Wings of Fury, Maniac Mansion, Pirates!, Seven Cities of Gold, Taipan, Archon, Wizardry, Zork, Lemonade Stand, and gobs of others for Apple ][c, ][e, & ][gs.

Whelp, you can find all of them right here: Virtual Apple 2

They run in Windows IE only! No Mac's, sorry.

You only have to allow an ActiveX emulator program to install. Then you choose your game by alphabetical order and off you go!

Still not positive how to get joystick functionality, but I didn't dig deeply into the site.

LOL, I still have a functioning Apple ][+, but most of the media has crapped out. Those monochrome screens never die, they just get burned in.

What a shame. However on my new mac I could run a Virtual machine and install windows in it to run IE, then have Active X running to run an apple ][ game.

Convoluted but would work.

I never kept my Apple ][, upgraded to a Mac Plus (which I still have including all the original SW and manuals).

We have also arranged things so that almost no one understands science and technology. This is a prescription for disaster. We might get away with it for a while, but sooner or later this combustible mixture of ignorance and power is going to blow up in our faces. - Carl Sagan

I've got the entire apple asimov.net archive - virtually every game/program/etc ever released on Apple ][. If you have any requests, I'll throw them up somewhere.
