Wow.
I remember playing HHGttG on my Amstrad CPC - under the CP/M OS!
I almost finished it too. Myself and a couple of mates spent months comparing notes.

This is so awesome. I played nearly every Infocom game that came out when I was young. Hitchhiker was one of my very favorites -- in fact I've played it recently again online. Thanks for this link!!!
