Default Good old Games.

I just found out about this, GOG.com Teaser
It's a games download site that sells cheap older PC games DRM free and tweaked to make sure they run on XP and Vista. They don't really list much of a catalogue at the moment but what I can see looks pretty good. might be worth keeping an eye on.

I just got my beta key this morning which gives early access to the site and a free game if you buy something during the beta. The catalogue looks pretty good, they have the Fallout series, the Decent series and the old shiny games like MDK 1&2 and Sacrifice. They include expansions with some of the games for no extra cost and you can download the manuals etc too. I haven't made a purchase yet but Freespace 2 is a must buy for me as I lost my original ages ago and I'm torn between Sacrifice or Descent 3 + expansion for my freebie.

hey what the heck!? I signed up for that a while ago and I didn't receive a beta key yet lol

Truly a great idea though. I'll be all over that. Fallout 1 & 2 I'm going for to prep me for the 3rd one.

Retro, try putting your email address in again, it took 2 attempts for me before I got in.

Edit- looks like the join up deadline has passed anyway now
