Looks good bikkies. I've seen these in their shop and they are pretty cool. You have dealt with them in the best way, not having to go into the shop or talk to them face to face. They are without question, the rudest, most arrogant, and ignorant people i have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I will NEVER deal with them again. So much so, that 5 years ago whilst waiting to return a part and seeing the people in the queue before me get treated like lower class citizens, I walked out and vowed to start my own PC shop and offer some customer service I did for 4 years too. Shut down now before the tax man came knocking though
