I wouldn't hold your breath for it though, it's only the PCB's that are in production and not the full machine. With every step of the Pandora's development having had massive delays so far, I wouldn't put any faith into schedule they say they are on with it .

The only other handheld I can think of is the Dingoo A320. It is smaller than the GP2X series and has a good level of support with a similar range of emulators available, including Mame.

Just bought a gp2x Wiz - had a look at the Pandora, looks pretty cool - but have they shipped anything yet? Twice as much as well, I think the Wiz will keep me happy. Looking forward to some snes Super Tennis.

From the sound of things the GP2X is the go.... Now to just save the money to buy one

I believe the Wiz had a price cut, not sure when. Playasia have them for 150 $US (I think 180 was the old price?)

Here is another tip for you Mame fans....

If you don't have much spare disk space, put all your Mame files on an external drive.
When away from home, just plug it into any laptop or PC and you are up and running in seconds!!

Got the Wiz today - and loaded up....Super Tennis! - had to laugh at that, looks perfect. Bloody nice display on such a small screen.

Now to somehow keep working while resisting the urge to play.
