Nice cab Click , really nice !

I have built one about 2 years ago and also using Maximus FE . I have the Emu clips on mine aswell and it really makes it look sweet . I did look at Hyperspin back then but there wasnt anyone around with the full setup so I didnt bother as I couldnt find the movies anywhere . Also my pc isnt powerfull enough to run , but I will look at updating one day .

Ill post a pic of mine in a few minutes .

Here are pics of my cab . This is when it was first built with a 21" LCD monitor for a screen . I always intended to go bigger

Here is an upgrade to a CRT 32" it gives it so much of an authentic feel . Wonderboy in this shot .

And this is Dragons Lair which I LOVED as a kid and could never finish it coz it was too expensive back then . Lols I still havent finished it

Here is the converter I used and a Jomac chasis for the Mitsubishi tube .

And this is the first picture I got after wiring it up PHEW !

I cant find the pics of the actual build . There is a really good website that has all the info you need on pinballs and arcades : Aussie Arcade

Nice arcade HanmaT
Even though mine has an LCD in it , I love the look of the old CRT's.
If I build another one I am going with a real arcade monitor.

Couple of classic games you have running there

Thx for that mate I tired to keep it as tidy as I could.
I am a member at both of those sites as they were very helpful. ATM I haven't posted a build thread there because I really want to finish the whole machine (including the button decals). I hate reading the threads were the machine is not finished. If you pm your email I can send you more build pics or I will just let you know when I make a post there.

Honestly mate if you just want to run everything except the PC stuff, you don't really need a good computer at all.
Here are my specs and this runs sf4 nps
6400 core 2, Gigabyte 8800, 4 gig ram

Here are some photo's for you Mongrel

MUST HAVE!

Click, very nice build! i built an arcade controller a few years back to just be used on a desk, but i gotta say seeing this makes me want a stand up version like yours.

did you build the cabinet from scratch or did you order it?

Nice work! I built my PC with MAME almost 2 years ago now, but have yet to build the cabinet..the PC is collecting dust in teh basement. I think I need to use your build as my motivation to get building.
