Talking Eschalon book 1..great indie rpg

Hi Fellow older gamers..

Well if your like me the only indie rpg's that have been worth buying are the ones from Jeff Vogel and Spiderweb..The Avernum games with the imprecise combat..But i keep buying anyway.

Well..a few days ago I found a demo of Eschalon Book 1..I'm great at buying dud rpg's..the Chosen anyone..?

Well this Eschalon is a single character retro style RPG..But the different music and the text commentary shows a lot of love put into this puppy..lol

Anyway I bought it..If Book 1 takes off there will be a book two.....
well heres a demo link:
All about Eschalon: Book I

Tell me how you guys like it..i bought it and even gave up playing Oblivion for it.

I tried the demo of this and I love it, definatly going to pick up the full version as I've been looking for something like this to run on my oldish work laptop (as I'm fed up with torturing myself with nethack when things are quiet at work).
Great game, anyone who likes RPG's should definatly check it out.
