I dig the short hair.

I wish Nasus got to do something! His spells would of looked awesome for this cinematic. (or did I miss it?)

Ryze needs more skins, and great action scene with Yi and Kata leading into a group battle.

Is it a free game to play or ongoing fees?

It's free to play and they make 10 champions free to play on a rotating basis. You can pay to unlock champions permanently and to get cosmetic changes (skins) for them but you can play the game for free and you can unlock the champions by earning points through playing as well so it is possible to play without paying at all.
