I have loved the wholes series to date. It has been great to see an indy team progress over the last 5 years or so. The original M&B rocked, and I have put some serious hours into Warband and no doubt will again for the next installment. I generally agree with some critics that they are more big updates then something completely original each time, but I am happy to pay for their ongoing development.

Tulgar how did you find Warband?

I was going to get it off Steam, but just wanted a second opinion first.

Played countless hours of the original.

Up until a recent hard drive crash, I had played 261 hrs :) I love it. For me, the mods are where its at, particularly Prohesy of Pendor. The vast majority of my time has been on that mod, I would still be playing if it wasnt for the hard drive crash. I cant bring myself to start again after the time invested in 1 game. I will most definitely return though when they release the next major (mod) update.

Never got into the multiplayer side of things though, so can't comment there.

Love all of it, I have just started with mods for warband, but have been playing multiplayer for ages and have loved it. I never played the original but with a few mods the graphics, sounds and all sorts make everything from single to multiplayer.

Picked up the original M&B for my kids for $10 just after Christmas.
We ALL love it!!!:D
Looking forward to playing any/all of the series.
