Guys - if you like space strategy games - get this game. It is fantastic. That's all.

It does look rather enticing. I take it you are in the Alpha?

Yes I am. It's an open alpha unlike another strategy game alpha I'm in and can't talk about I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone with even the slightest interest in space strategy games.

Would it be "sinful" to talk about this other strategy game?

Did a quick google on this... people seem to fall over themselves in using superlatives in describing the game. Bought and downloading.

No but it could mean the end of testing.

The combat is still a little odd at times. The graphics during the combat replays are quite pretty.

I've been playing a lot more and really enjoying it. I still don't understand all of the mechanics but, and this is the thing that impresses me, it's an Alpha and it's better then 95% of full developed strategy games.

Seriously good game.

This looks like a keeper. Can't wait till it comes out.

Will be grabbing this after my new rig arrives, have had my eye on it for some time but can't play it on the laptop.
