Is it just me or did some of the Steam bonus...

Is it just me or did some of the Steam bonus items not get granted in game? I'm sure that I'm missing a vehicle (the Ute/Truck one) and some other bits.

I think he's AFK for a few days. I've known Bloodspill since our days of playing AC2 many years ago, through SWG and onto WoW. Hopefully he'll be back soon to update is post.
