Cool
Default [HL2] Manual?

Did you get one?

I've got the 5 discs and a quick reference card only.
Did you all get a hefty book to read on the dunny, and I got shafted, or am I OK here?

No manual.

There is a guide coming out - but we all have to buy it - about $30AUD.

I bought the game in Thailand so even the reference card was useless!!!! Er unless you can read Thai that is.... and yeah I didn't get a manual just the card and 5cd's

Awsome way to buy the game (~$30AUD) though as the steam client updates the game's language pack if you wish it too!!! nice.

I bought it over Steam and got SFA for a Manual. It's not you actually need one anyway ...

I like manuals. Game manuals give me that extra good feeling of value for money.

My HL2 came in a box with 5 CDs, an orange reference card and a lot of spare air. When I opened it, I smelt inside the box to take in the air that came with it from Thailand. I swear I could imagine just what it was like. (a poorly air-conditioned office with musty carpet and a ceiling fan, the person who packed it had rice for tea the night before)
