Prey v1.4 patch released
For those who like to play Prey, a new patch was released this month (Jan-08). Although there are no bug fixes or new content in this release, it removes the disc check from the game which makes this patch well worth the download in my opinion! This release is also backwards compatible with Prey 1.2 and 1.3 multiplayer, contains updated Windows based dedicated server files and new compatibility files for the Japanese release.
Download here - Prey: Official Site - The patch is only for the standalone PC game, if your copy of Prey was through Steam, do not use this patch, Steam users will be handled through that system. A patch is not yet available for the Macintosh version, although one for the Mac is apparently coming out soon.
