Can someone advise how I apply to join BF2 TOG clan? Finally have a high rank and good skill-set.

You'll first have to post up an application to join TOG in a new thread in The Barracks forum. A post describing how best to do that can be found here.

Once an Admin has reviewed and approved your application you will be given access to the member forums, at which point you can post in the BF2 forum and get linked up with the guys down there.
