Strategy, Tactics, Action:

PARABELLUM is not just an online FPS. PARABELLUM combines strategy, tactics and action into one package. It might therefore be better described as strategy first person shooter (SFPS). How we bring the strategy element into PARABELLUM is one of the big features that we have not disclosed yet, but we might talk about this in the near future.

A 20 Megaton Threat:

PARABELLUM draws the players into a menacing scenario of nuclear terror in New York City. An extremist group known as "Black November" is holding the entire city hostage by threatening to detonate a thermonuclear bomb. Their condition is the withdrawal of all United States military forces from the middle east. If this condition will not be fulfilled within 10 days, Black November will detonate the 20 Megaton nuclear warhead. According to intelligence information, the bomb could be hidden anywhere in New York City.

Fight a large-scale multiplayer warfare campaign:

Your mission as a DELTA operator is to chase the terrorists throughout New York City, find the secret location of the bomb and disable it before the shockwave kills millions of innocents. Yes, your heard it: you are m o v i n g through a city - PARABELLUM features multiplayer campaigns which allow you to go anywhere. It is possibly the biggest online shooter environment ever created. Flank your enemy, prepare ambushes, decide when and where you attack. But remember that T:I:M:E is running out.

Modular Equipment System:

The armory includes 12 distinct weapons with up to 10 modifications per weapon plus special equipment. PARABELLUM's individual loadout system allows players to adapt a wide range of fighting styles. The total weight of weapons, gear, and ammunition factor into the player encumbrance and movement abilities.
