Well guys,puts on angry hat

You need Steam (np I use it all the time) to activate your cd key,it a big install at 11.6 gig (2dvds),but the part that makes me sooo angry is I cant play it till the 13th when Steam 'unlocks' the game.
Now I dont might getting the game from Steam and downloading it and waiting to play, but I've got the disks in front of me.

Although, come to think of it Valve did the same with HL2 when it was released.

OK,played for a couple of hours last night on 'normal' and found it quite easy to play.....I'm really over FEAR in the hospital/lab area, but thats what you get again here.
I have restarted the game on 'hard' hoping for a challenge.........the game has pre set save points (I hate them),so don't click 'yes' by mistake when looking at starting at another level as you lose all you have done, hence Beavis starting again at HARD level

• DLC Coming in April - "Toy Soldiers" map-pack

The "new perspective" of the Toy Soldiers map pack is quite literal: Players will be reduced to only a few inches in height as they battle across three unique environments. In Full Tilt, combat will take place in a multi-level pinball machine taken straight from the 1970s, including flippers, targets, spinners and pop-bumpers. Cockroach will let players work some bad mojo on each other in a "blood-drenched" and tightly-connected hospital room, complete with electrical cords, pill bottles and lab equipment. Recess, the third map in the pack, will feature a giant sandcastle, a toy bulldozer and a population of plastic toy soldiers.

I played this game and I think its pretty good. Love the action though I can't get what the story is about, especially the (very) short ending. What gives? Don't want spoil it for people so if you finish the game, perhaps you'll know what I mean.

Did you play the original FEAR? Are you talking about the overall story or just the sequel?
