There's actually a few different magazines like that in the game.

Just did a quest in New Haven where a guy had a fight with his wife and in anger she threw away some "valuable possesions" of his. You have to run around town, looking in dumpsters for quest items called "Dirty Mags" with the description "Ugh! Some of the pages are stuck together!"
