activision prolly doesnt have the same amount of persuasion power on a company more often associated with EA games such as sony. whereas MS responds fast to their demands cuz they make a crap load out of their business relationship with activision. hell they even released an elite console for MW2, the first xbox console that isnt based around an MS game!
well atleast not many aussies do the javelin glitch, and even less so if they are in an aussie server. cuz if they do, everyone will set them as avoided player and they'll have trouble finding aussie games in the future.
