Hey all my names Vassili_z. im part of the SUPER clan :)
I havent played bf2142 for quite sometime and was just wondering if anyone here would know what the latest update on the game is and where i could download it from?

g'day mate :) The latest update is 1.5. That update was released quite some time ago, and everyone is still awaiting the release of the next patch of which at this stage looks bleek as it keep getting put off.

If you prefer something closer to home, normally most ISP's provide game patch downloads such as 3FL and Games.on.net

No problem at all :)

There were a few hesitation problems with the game up until recently, but it's since been fixed via a PB update. I'm playing it at the moment while I await BC2 release.

i seem to be haveing a pb issue. Ive got and updated my pb but for some reason i keep getting boot off the servers when i go to play. it was working fine lastnight and now it just wonder let me on...any ideas?

Vassili are you running FRAPS? FRAPS can sometimes cause PB issues and needs to be updated to the latest version to fix the problem. The other issue that can sometimes occur is the G15 and G9 mouse macro software. If it's running it can cause kicks from servers.

The other things to consider is to make sure you've installed both 1.4 FULL and 1.5 FULL patches correctly.

yea im pretty sure they all installed correctly. and no im not running fraps or anything like that. ill try figure it out.

What message(s) do you get when booted?
Is it on ALL servers you enter?
Is it only for BF2142?

its only on bf2142 on all pb servers.
Comes up with Punkbuster failure Service Communication Failure punkbusta.exe
Any ideas?

That message can appear if patches are not installed correctly or in correct order
re-install patches, and also goto PunkBuster Online Countermeasures and get pbsetup.zip and do a manual PB update specifically for 2142 and see how you go.
