I just started playing BC2 and play often on your HC server.
I'm trying to find info on your forums in regards to how to fly the remote chopter and how to ask for medic and ammo to supply me!
In your forums there is NO dedicated forum for BC2, the only one I found has NO comments in there and for the amount of TOG members on ur BC2 servers I thought there would be tons on chit chat about game. I am probably wrong and looking in wrong area.

there is a ton of posts, you need to sign up fully to have access to all the forums
the FAQ and associated documents outlines how to go about it and introduce yourself in the barracks and apply.

There is a dedicated BF:BC2 forum but like Snott said you need to be a full member to see what's in it.
