Default Joint Ops - Invasive piece if crap!!

I can't believe how much stuffing around there is just to start playing this game... you not only HAVE to register the game... you MUST regisiter with novaworld. That all sounds sounds easy enough but when the system is a buggy heap of sh!t then we have problems. I spent nearly an hour trying to do all of this! The game won't allow you to even look at a server list with registering first.

Part of the registration includes giving out your phone number... yep... it won't continue unless you enter a series of numbers. What a friggin joke! It's not enough that I've paid for the damn thing FFS!

I tried to continue with all this BS today and guess what... now it says my email has already been used... ARRRRGHH!!

Congrats novaworld for f**king up a great game. When it was first released they didn't even have dedicated server options... you had to pay them for a server

They should be in the record books for the worlds worst marketing group. That game had the potential to crush the BF series!

I will NEVER buy a game from that group again.

Dammit... I've vented and I'm still pissed off

They do unfortunately make a good product. Its really is a shame they can't get thier poo together to polish the beast.

When Blackhawk Down was released, I loved the look of the multi-player maps, but wouldn't/couldn't work it on-line. The server setup system was so crappy, it makes BF2 look brilliant!

Great ideas let down by the money makers.

I quite like it myself and haven't had many problems running it. I seem to have more problems with the BF series, can't even get online with BFV or DC and I get kicked by 1942 frequently. With JOTR I can play US servers with a 200+ lag, no hope of doing that in BF. And BF2 struggles on a 128K connection sadly.
