Gday all
I posted the information below on EAplay (which you can view
here) and a TOG members, Dars pointed me in the direction of these forums.
Just thought i would let all you guys know that the Gamespace 16v16 ladder is open for registration. To clear up any confusion, to join you need 16 members, but in each match on 12 players will be required. I am guessing this is an attempt by Gamespace to reduce the number of forfeits due to numbers.

We are excited to announce registrations to the Gamespace Battlefield 2 ladder #1. The initial format for this competition will be based on teams of twelve players per side, two rounds each and one hour per round. We will provide three automatically bookable 34 slot servers with auto record demo support within the system, similar to the system currently in use for our CSS with demos of all ladder games being available the morning after the game has been played.
This is open challenge ladder and is open to all clans willing to participate. Teams must have at least 16 registered members before they can join, and a maximum of 24. Players can register a team for this league under their existing clan irrespective to being registered in a different league on Gamespace under the same clan.
We have also allowed inter-clan team challenges. Challenges will only commence once there are a minimum of 10 teams signed up. In addition the system will allow for up to eighth concurrent challenges to be issued at any one time with the ladder using the Gamespace ELO system for scoring purpose.
This ladder will run for the period of 4 months, beginning on the 4th of July 2005 and concluding on 4th October 2005 with the two top being teams being asked to play off for the final match.

The quote above information and details about the ladder can be found link
here.
If TOG is interested or know clans who could be please spread the word as it is very hard to get information about this ladder to the gaming community. This is due to not being able to post about the ladder on internode or Gamearena as it is seen as endorsing the competition.
Just to clarify, i do not work for or have any connection to GameSpace, im just eager gamer wanting to see this ladder come to life, and not to be so reliant on GameArena.
Thanks all and i hope to see TOG there when the ladder opens.
