This has got to be the longest-not-funny joke in the history if video games. I will believe it when I hold the game in my hands, and even then I'll install it and start playing just to be sure.

I guess Duke finally ran out of bubblegum. ;)

Not sure that I really want to bother now. Too many other games around that haven't had to deal with the constraints of decisions made so far back in such a long development time.

I think I'm quite happy to have moved on and simply have fond memories of playing Duke Nukem last century. I can always boot up Balls of Steel if I want to get a fix of "Duke Speak".

Well, this is by a different studio, and I think if they can manage to not see it as the definitive sequel to Duke but to simply try and have some fun and make an over-the-top shooter then they should do ok.

I'm with you Ions, I have some really fond memories of Duke 3D, playing with mate :)

I think they should either release it free of charge or release it at a rediculously high price just so its ensured to get in the guiness book of records :)
