The Polishing Weevils mod team has just completed a 13 month journey to complete what we believe to be a fine Team Tactical FPS, with the emphasis on the Team and Tactics side. We already have some following in oz just five days after release, and we are trying to get the word out as fast as possible. We have much in common with your group here in that most of the development team are well past 30 years of age (ok, my son is nearing 19, but that's all I'm saying!).

So if you enjoy realistic tactical shooters, we think we may have something very special for you.

Do you have to have Far Cry or is it stand-alone?

It requires FarCry. You can't beat the graphics engine, that's why we used it. It was just the game styles that made FarCry short-lived for us. We like a more team-based, tactical style. More realism is a plus too.

Nicely done fellas, very impressive and looks a hoot. May even have to dig up that copy of Far Cry I got lying around somewhere. Good luck with it.

Glad you liked it. We'd love folks to give it a try. TWL is going to be putting up a ladder for it real soon. It has a ton of flexibility on how you can run a server. Some 40 options or so give tremendous flexibility to play it the way *you* want to play it.
