Just downloading this now. Only $15 on Steam and I think it was released yesterday. Anyone else playing this one?

It has been described as CoD style game play; with Brink style level-ups; with TF2 style classes.

How did you find it Splat?

Have just been reading the review over on RPS - far from a glowing recommendation.

this game does interest me....looking at the review the main thing seems to be the p2p matchmaking and stability.

However the rest of the review makes me really want to play it- i like what I heard.

free weekend on steam would see some more purchases

hmm free DLC, dedi servers, and fixes coming in a March patch

hmmm i may just bite now with a view to better fun in March....:)

Nah send em running as the server would crash and not be able to handle the load..............:(

I've also been considering it - mixed reviews are kinda putting me off though. Shame as I thought it looked really good from the first announcement about 18 months ago

okay so i bought it

Im liking it - yes it takes some patience to get in a game but I've had great luck with the gas gametype. Had heaps of rounds no problem

its kooky - a good mix of TF2 and cod

I've had a really difficult time getting a game. It starts to set you up with a group but then kicks you before trying again. I've only played a couple of rounds because the game-finder has frustrated me enormously.

I have my eye on this one, but Im going to wait a while and see what the community is like after the first patch hits in March.
