Default SWAT 4 - SSF Mod 2.0 Released!! Wed 9th to try it out!!

Note new time below!!

I'm downloading it now but this mod has some really cool realism settings add. Have you ever want to point to a door and say "Check the lock?" Well now you can.

Have you ever wanted to say "Suspect spotted" without actually engaging? Now you can. Have you ever wished you could care more wedges - now you can!

I'm going to test this mod this week and I'm hoping we can get a full team for Wednesday night.

You can d/l the mod here

SSF Mod 2.0

It's compatible with the SWAT 4 1.1 patch ('m told).

Post here if you can make it!

Oh - 8:30pm in Qld = 9:30pm in NSW/Vic!!!

I just gave it a shot. Nice. Some gotcha's but :-

Installing the mod puts a fresh shortcut on your desktop. Use this shortcut to activate the mod - not your old shortcut.

The mod makes you remap all your keys. Takes me about 30 seconds but be ready for it.

For the old-time SWAT 3 players, the old interface with the numbers on the menu has been introduced - I like it - others won't. It's configurable.

Instead of using numbers 1,2,3 for your weapons, you now have to use F1, F2,F3 etc. Not a biggy but it'll catch you out.

I uninstalled SSF 1.1 first then applied SF 2.0. Let me know if putting it over 1.1 works.

I haven't noticed any change in gameplay yet but I've only played a solo mission. I hope for a good showing on Wednesday night.
