Chivalry - Medievil Warfare
 

This game came on my radar the other week so yesterday i decided to buy it as its doors are now open to be purchased. If you purchase the higher package you can get in instantly and boy am i glad i did.

I did not stop laughing the whole time i played and my wife thinks im crackers:D.

Just such a fun game...very gory but i do think the developers are really listening to the troops and what they are implementing in terms of game types etc is awesome. Ive asked for a FFA game type ( last man standing ), not sure if its viable though with balance.

Not a whizz at posting vids etc lets hope this works. Current trailer above and 1 v 1 duel. They are going to be incorperating duels down the line. I can safely say for me this is awesome when you are 1 on 1 with someone.

I bought and downloaded it and played it last night...spent about 4 hours dueling on a 32p aussie server - haven't had this much fun for a looong time. Highly recommend the training before you 'enlist'. Still....heads/limbs hacked off, blood gushing, you can hear when someone is dying and choking on their own blood after you've run them through!! lol...so much fun. Hey its only like $25 and the beauty about it is the controls aren't overly complex. I highly recommend you map 'kick' to something like L ALT for ease of use as you can't block a kick.

It's a great game... let's get a group going. I know a few people who have it. There is another separate thread about it also somewhere else where I have posted about it.

We don't a medieval combat gaming forum so nobody knows where to post about it!!!

Its a real cracker and coming end of the year they are implementing duel servers which i do not know details about as yet. Overall its heading in the right direction and some interesting game modes overall. These guys seem to have there heads screwed on and listen to the majority.......im happy.
Got to nail down the feint as best as poss if you are to do well within the game though and use stab mostly. big swings leave you too wide open for a poke up the nose.

....Something should happen here in TOG...it would be nice

I bought and downloaded it last night, haven't really had time to play yet though. I read some good reviews on it!

I'm in discussions with Exe (who donates 4 TF2 servers and a few Minecraft) about setting up a TOG 8 slot duel server. Trauma and myself can be found hacking away most nights.
