I originally started playing just to help with numbers (I wish I'd found the game earlier). It was so damn confusing to start with... I didn't know who I was suposed to shoot 8O
I have an itchy trigger finger from SOF2 so that with my confusion of the game made me a TK WHORE

Anyway, now I'm used to recognising uniforms and strating to sort out classes. The game STILL confuses me... there is SOOOO much to know... but it's VERY enjoyable. We have great fun.

I recommend you read the manual that comes with the game. The fastest way to learn is to come along to some pubstacks and ask questions then refer to the manual again. Jello, feel free to pop in for the odd game (or hell, sign up fer all of 'em!)

You'll find the pace is MUCH faster than CoD, but at the same time there is less of the BANG-you're-instantly-dead syndrome. The graphics are not as nice, but IMHO the gameplay is better.

Also I think you might find the netcode is more tolerant of your 56k modem than CoD is (after experimenting with high-ping CoD on the US servers).

Is that enough of a sales pitch? I too wish I'd found the game earlier!

Hey Jello,

I've found introducing people to the game it's a heck of a lot easier and a lot less frustrating if you run through the different maps and classes in a one on one situation.

There's a fair bit to know about the game and it makes it a hell of difference to the pleasure factor if you understand it first before you jump right into it.

Just give me a yell if you want my minutes of expertise...
