The Vent server is hosted by Ozforces. There is nothing i can see on their Web site about it but if you wish any changes made to it, channels added etc the people to speak to are Madman or Castor. Castor was who I spoke with when originally setting up the TOG channels ages ago They can usually be found in the main chat channel
