where if you die you get locked up and have to listen to elevator music until a team mate can release you?

Downloading both now... JB is 98MB and RO is almost 500MB!!! Ouch!

Do the bots work with these mods?

You do have sights, but they are "Iron Sights" MiddleMouse by default.
No crosshair just the sights on your guns.

Yep, found the middle-mouse "targeting" mode thing. One thing that bothers me are the guys sliding around when crouching... quite disturbing. Couldn't get into RO, too much like BF1942 for me... JailBreak is as fun as ever though!
